Here are my policies in regard to shipping/handling/customs and returns:

Returns are only accepted if the item was damaged during transit. If your item was damaged during shipping, please send me detailed photos of the package and damage so I may begin the insurance claim process. Buyer must notify me within 1 week of receiving the item about any damage or the return/refund will not be possible.

*ANY AND ALL CUSTOMS FEES, ADDITIONAL CHARGES OR TAXES ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER*

Once the package leaves my hands there is nothing I can do to control the time it takes to arrive or the state in which it arrives. I do everything in my power to make sure your item is securely packaged in many layers of protection, however I cannot be held responsible for how the post office treats the package. This is why every purchase comes with full shipping insurance! If there is any issue please contact me RIGHT AWAY so I can get it resolved for you.
